As I understand it, the current trial is in prostate cancer. Cho (or licensees) have clinics in China, South Africa and Malaysia, and are building a hospital in Cambodia, presumably for medical tourism. These are all jurisdictions where regulation is weak or non-existent. They are treating people for a range of cancers, and have a lot of anecdotal stuff on their web site. They have a lot of testimonials. The only people who will pick up shares at 0.2 cents from the rights issue will be Cho. The issue is fully underwritten by Cho and I presume, like all previous issues, it will be non-transferrable. The value of the licence can be inferred from the "non-dilutive" financing of the trials.
