Because he is holding Shorts (there is no Position indicator for Shorts, so you need to put "Sell" and "Held" together at the moment).
Market cap is stupid on FLT. Months ago some of us got yelled at for suggesting that FLT would do another convertible as soon as the price recovered. Yet here we are. For management, this is one massive pump-n-dump. I think @Tempting is merely saying "beware".
