I read a few years ago about a mother who took photos of her 2 daughters playing on a bed. The photos were with the mothers best friend who was a professional photographer. The kids were topless and it was all just fun photographs of pillow fighting on the bed and cuddling each other. She was dragged through the courts, was labelled a peadophile and was threatened with losing her kids. Thankfully, the judge had some common sense and through it all out. But it didn't undo all the damage.
