I would like to redraw spare cash from mortgage to acquire 10000 more shares of RIV, but my wife doesn't agree with me.

What's the action of Talbot and TATA? Talbot may buy back MCC, but it is now $6 compare with RIV $2.40. He would like to sell MCC at $20 and buy RIV at $10, so RIV looks cheaper than MCC to him at current price.

Still wondering who are the suicide sellers? If it is Passport, we would like to see an ASX position change announcement. Maybe from Merrill Lynch or JP morgan, whose holdings are below 5%.

We will definately get our money back on RIV some day.
