The problem with the above is that these guys are just sitting and waiting for pies to drop from the sky.

Past experience has demonstrated that these guys may not have ability to take the project further. In fact, they went backwards and destroyed shareholder wealth whilst sitting on such a rich deposit.

Port and rail sounds great on paper but no one is going to want a JV so they can carry SDL. Should any deal materialize ,shareholders will be the first to be sacrificed, hence its current SP.
