    This just came out- CAH management has sent this to shareholders. Translated, it basically says, "If this takeover is so good, why is the share price so bad?"

    It's not a bad piece of propaganda- kind of like a ramp, really. :) We need one, too. Their situation is just like ours- awful share price, but with excuses! We have excuses too, and I demand my company ramp this takeover!
