the part that jumps out for me
is the last sentence
just before the signature part
"Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, the parties to the Framework Agreement intend further cooperation in investing in the gold mining business in Australia."
no names mentioned
but that could be fml
if so
cooperation is a POSITIVE word
