I am of the understanding that CRE is having a SH vote at the AGM to resolve:
1: Issue of May convertible note and June convertible notes
ALL point 1 of agenda a- e
and the conversion into shares and options and 1 e:
"the increase in the voting power of Focus in the Company as a result of the issue of Shares in the Company under paragraphs (c) to (d) of this Resolution"
so those may well be 18% Focus can count on
