I was not disagreeing with you guys if you read between the lines. There have been weather issues this quarter too. Even a good show can go off track for a while I was merely stating they will get this back on track and the other point - CRE not our business as yet so restricted on what that can say IMO.

I was not patronizing you in the least. If you were sitting back here with me you would have understood my intent and message - is limited in communication accuracy by snippets of words in a small posting. Just like email at times the message is lost by the lack of explanation.

You have perfectly valid points was just offering a suggestion as to why on some of it and then looking at the range of investment styles here and what suits who??? Some general comment - that's all and thank you for questioning what I was rambling about :-)

As I said I am in a wait and see mode at present so not beating any drum but love the long term picture for FML and sector.
