Hi fitnfam,

Have had a reply back from Neil Le Febvre in which he indicates that commercial in confidence matters preclude the provision of the information I was seeking.

He reiterated that the agreement was very favourable and indicated that CB would do his best to give us the confidence needed in the OPA at the AGM.

Questions I posed related to:

a. the current annual ore tonnage applicable to the OPA,
b. can the prescribed annual ore tonnage be increased by mutual consent,
c. are 50 day campaign periods per quarter stated in the OPA itself, and
d. if 50 day campaign periods are contained in the guidelines of the OPA, are the number of days alloted per campaign determined by mutual agreement?

While I don't like reading between the lines, I think there is a whole new ball game running in terms of the OPA since FML got into the driver's seat.

Probably a whole new range of supplementary and mutual agreements now in place that make the originally signed OPA a minimum base line reference.

Will be at the AGM to hear what CB has to say.
