    It's no secret you're referring to FEX
    Their catalyst was clearly the 15M CR in August 2020 for an 11.5M capex.
    Now MC is around 110M
    Here are some comparative figures:
    We mine 2mtpa vs their 1.25mtpa = + 70%
    Our opex is 64pt vs their 76pt = saving of + 20%
    Our LOM is 5.5y vs their 6y = -8.5%
    for our lower grade and later time to production subtract -20%
