Crux has nothing to do with Creasy. If he was going to exchange his 30% free carry in nova for shares he would be much better off doing it before crux results because he would likely get more shares as they would be worth less.
Can you articulate exactly why you think waiting for crux would benefit creasy, ddzx? In my eyes waiting for crux can you only hurt him if his intention is to exchange his part ownership of nova for Sirius shares.
