He wants the cash, and Sirius has already raised it in the cap raising. He already has 17% of Sirius. He is a prospector not an investor, he just wants to keep digging, its what he does.
If Crux equals or trumps Nova, he still wins, he holds 1/6th of the company. If Crux is a dud, then Nova remains the crowning glory of Sirius, and he can probably demand a higher premium for his share of it.
Either way, would love to have his problems.
