Seems you are correct, but I usually calculate on licensed places also.
December 2013 to March 2014 purchased 64 centres, cost $77.1 m, cost per licensed place $17,053.
April 2014 purchased 51 centres, cost $80m, cost per licensed place $21,225.
September 2014 to December 2014 purchased 36 centres, cost $64m, cost per licensed place $25,498.
February 2015 purchased 8 centres, cost $17.8m, cost per licensed place $22,250.
April 2015 purchased 9 centres, cost $24m, cost per licensed place $32,000.
On the 11th September 2014 there was a purchase of 20 centres for $19m, by my calculations 8 of those centres have not yet settled. Happy to be wrong though. The 8 purchased in February were from the package of managed centres owned by the Guiffre's. The April 2015 package of $32,000 per licensed place is a fairly hefty sum. Interestingly, I did a quick check of the the occupancy levels of the April purchases and surprised to see vacancies reported across all ages groups.
All IMO.
