Normally I'd be in favour of mining to realise the full value. But I think T3 could well be sold off next year. MOD have massive tenements on some REALLY juicy ground. They have to use them, or lose them. Can they do that as well as organise a large mine? It's a very small company at the moment, though i guess it won't be by the end of 2017 however this plays out.
T3 would fully finance the company for exploration on an expanded basis for years (and give us a nice dividend?). And even better, no need for dilution.
Either way the future is looking bloody good for holders.
