still digesting the information Zen, I know nothing about the other parties involved... I guess if I wanted to keep the same exposure to the new company I could quadruple my holdings in CSM ;) but that would only result in a captial gain of about 3.6% based on the current sp, and it is uncertain as to how the market will rate the new entity... Time will tell :)
