We can only assume the board felt that other offers were possible, but they seemed to firmly believe that 3c was a good price and that the sale to MIN would go through.I am just not convinced that there is evidence they were actively planning to use MIN as a vehicle to trigger a sale to somebody else, particularly as a preconceived plan - but hey its possible I guess. So I suppose I see this bid by Gina as evidence of evolution more than intelligent design by the Atlas board.
