I own both WOW and WES. When I walk into Coles and Woollies, I see a vast difference - Coles seems full of customers and the staffs are lively and happy, whilst Woollies store looks barren and the staff gloomy! It used to be the other way round!
WOW is still very profitable and hope it will be turn around soon.
