Don't forget Crazy, their revenue per store would still be much lower than Masters. So rather than poor negotiation with suppliers, it may just be a matter of growing sales to reach profitability. Remember, they are trying to offer superior service to Masters, in order to gain volume. Lower volumes and higher service, means higher cost-of-doing-business margin.
