MFS recieved SEVERAL UNSOLICITED OFFERS for STELLA that means spomebody knows their value and badly wants to aquire these assets .

By all reports a deal is near and it is just purely malicious and nonsensical to maintain that MFS will sell at anything less than a fair market price
