I am not a holder of MFS but believe that along with sale of half share of stella they also need to bring a big brother partner into financial services business. Rename and give assurance to retail investors.

If they cannot do this I assume that a run would continue of trusts/funds where large part of income is derived from management fees.

Even though funds are seperate to main business the name MFS due to negatives in press will have spooked retail investors who after Fincorp, Westpoint Bridgecorp are very nervous.

Thery must develop a strategy to regain confidence within trusts or value will continue to decline.
