Here we go, end of October, and nothing has been released with regards to funding. In August we were told that it would likely be announced in September, if not it might slip into October....

By continuously missing out on commitments, PS's credibility has to be fairly low.

He may think that coming up with the right spin is not part of his JD, but it is.

As it was put many times, due to its very low sp, this stock will now need a continuous flow of good news and very good news to get back to where it should be.

We all though that the sp would be somewhere between $1 and $1.4o the day following the FDA approval, with further good news pushing it to over $2 by year end. Well it won't happen, and I am very disappointed.

As for the blame game, I don't feel like playing at the moment. That said, I don't like the delay of the funding announcement and PS +/- the board will have to carry the blame for this.
