    If he is smart. Go with the flow and sell your remaining 37.5% to OBL for the same price as BRU. His sale to BRU was illegal.

    No worse off and save legal costs.

    OBL end up with 75% and OXX 25%.

    Where I sit OBL will end up with a minimum of 37.5% of Derby block.
