A199, when Native Title is granted, OBL would have no trouble in raising the cash to buy the other 50% of Derby. I am sure that OXX would stand by as a partner and would with the sizeable amount of cash in their pocket lend OBL the money.

Actually I am sure Neil and Kim would be able to get the cash from just about anywhere, maybe even from us. Banks wont lend on acreage, but large oil and gas players would get involved when NT is announced early next week. Then a farm out and hopefully a SP increase for us.

I dont know hwe Backreef came up with the price of $3 mill for half of Derby, but now that they have set the price they have to live with it and accept it from OBL or play along with OBL 's plans. I am looking forward to the next week. I have been waiting for 3 + years, have almost given up at times. I just hope their are no delays with the granting of NT.
