Taking it to the next logical stage, if you have $1.056 as a cash asset[which you tell the world] and it can't be used.Would it then follow, without the issue [$2 mil] the company would have had debts of $5oo,ooo.That would then put all the tenements at risk as you woudn't have the funds to pay the rents? Just a thought!As long as we have enough to pay the directors, thats all what matters at the end of the day,isn't it?
