My view: Caplin doesnt have the authority to answer my questions.

If there is going to be something new in Angola such as refinery or onshore then Sonangol will be first to announce.
Until then Caplin must remain silent. IMHO
Caplin report probably contain Fortitude stuff, diamond stuff and Offshore.
Caplin cant predict offshore revenue.
Diamonds .... 10% of alluvial is less that $3Mill per year per concession.
Fortitude estimates at figures already discussed ie 7 mill tons @ 2% etc.
