IMO i don't think that the banks would be too concerned about...

IMO i don't think that the banks would be too concerned about lending to this project but i do think that there major concerns would be more focused on Mr JT and threfore no deal.
Lets face it JT has lined his and his directors pockets now for the last 15 years whilst also rewading them selves with incentives, and living it up at our expense while never having achieved any thing.
As i have said before this deal should have been done when the good times were here, so this is why i will not accept excuses like the global economy bust.
Had his chance and he blew it big time.
