    Well, in the December report they said that term sheets were expected this quarter. In the March report they still expected them this quarter. In the recent Posco announcement they still expect them this quarter.

    They could have announced more delays, twice, but they didn't. That tells me that they strongly believe it's go time. Fingers crossed
