No, In December 2022, they said they were expecting terms sheets in hand by Christmas 2022, and credit approved term sheets by Feb 2023 (in video, goto 1min 19sec). So they are now 5-6 months behind that forecast. With recent updated advice predicting in Q2 FY23, this really needs to get done in the next 3 week, otherwise their forecasts to market will be worth jack.
