Why do people even care what interest rates are on credit cards in the first place is beyond me. If you pay the bill on time and in full the interest rate has no effect on your what so ever.
If you use a credit card in the form of NOT what it is truly designed for aka making the banks richer. But in a way where you know how much you spend on it and that you spend within your means. Then it is really a card that allows to to use it day in day out with 1 payment due at a nominated day of each month. The only cost to you is the annual fee, but then that depends on your "rewards system" you have on the card.
G/F hates them, only cause of the slagging and whinging she got from her parents about them, but then of course you would whinge when you only pay the "minimum amount" each month and see the statement balance rise and rise.
