The first is a dispute with a former CEO about some deal involving a Byron Bay Property. It says the company is indemnified by Mr Casey one of the directors.
The second is with Mr Trent Mcendrick a founding director of the company and an associated company. It is a very recent matter and seeks 20% of the shares of the company in a dispute about his exit in 2016.
