    AFCA as a separate legal entity is subject to S912A of The Corporations Act! Namely, Unconscionable Conduct

    AFCA hears & adjudicates financial cases brought by 25m Aussies against financial firms like CCP!

    AFCA is now being extorted by Credit Corp, seeking to obtain inside information from Ombudsman!
