AFCA isn't even a regulator or anything and yet look at the thread title. All the organisation does is that it receives complain and act as mediators probably freeing up governmental resources in the process. Every Joe and Jane can make a complain about anything. As far as I am concern it could be USC himself who submitted the complain. It could be that he used to be a debtor or still is and thus expresses blatant acrimony against the company. It wouldn't be surprising if there are lots of complaints directed against a debt collection agency. Disappointed.
