That is correct at least.
It will be interesting to see what happened to the noteholders once QTK relists. It's obvious they have been dealt with as the court action was cancelled.
I doubt whether they subscribed for shares, as MP would not want the dilution at the current shareprice.
Which would be the wise move.
So were they paid out or rolled over?
Either way it is good news for QTK.

Fact is your opinion and my opinion will make no difference to Quiktrak.
Obviously, QTK shareholders will be relieved when it's relisted naturally but the company made clear what it was doing in the ASX release before it was suspended.
QTK will relist as it is an Australian listed company with shareholders.
The company just will not look the way you suggest it will.
