Sector don't you believe that the risk profile of an investment, including House, changes/moves as the market goes through a cycle. The risk/reward profile for a House does not stay constant..and isn't always 'the best'. Depending on where you are talking about I beleive the risk right now- in general -is alot higher than it was say in 2009 or 2011 or 2012.

I would also dare say the risk profile for QLD is now quite high too..despite ANOTHER interest cut, your favorite Corelogic source shows BRIS/GLDC daily index trending down..still early but am I still going to be a few months early on timing of our little wager for 2014 negative real growth sometime soon..? hahaha maybe i'll be wrong again and it won't happen till 2016..
