There's no doubt in my mind stimulus is coming. As a country we are all-in on real estate. The percentage of the elctorate highly reliant on housing wealth is huge. So, guess who gets blamed when prices start tumbling? Pollies wont stand for it - they will be compelled to 'do something' in order to look like they're helping. I reckon sometime between now and X-mas.
Applying stimulus is one thing, but getting a market response is another. I sense the populace is well and truly tapped-out this time around. I don't think another 10/20/30k of grants will help. But Ive been so, so wrong before (circa 2008).
