in my opinion, cxy should be in a trading halt until at least the 28 feb deadline or longer if necessary. that is, until they have submitted a proposal to DERM and had that proposal either accepted or rejected. allowing the company to continue trading under the current circumstances helps no-one (except i suppose those looking for a last chance to escape)
