    As L2 stated in a recent post, with the US elections coming up in November, (& Obama's policy of doubling capital gains tax from 15 to 28%) I'm quite sure the directors will do everything in their power to accelerate things.

    That extra draw down facility will come in handy. By the time Due Diligence is done on Ok + all the other time consuming formalities, it might be a while before they see that cash.
