I didn't quite follow your previous reply when I asked if they could dewater the asd wells before the connecting pipeline is finished. I understand the questar compressors are required to produce & sell the gas, but how does this affect dewatering?

If they want to be out of this before the November elections, at the latest the sale will need to be in August/September to allow the time consuming process to come to its conclusion. The potential loss of an extra 15% to tax is a compelling reason to get things moving, but better to get a 15% better price after Nov than less prior.
