I gave up with the prior CEO when in 2020 I suggested that they look at covering the potential need to look after gut health with all the takeaways and reheating during COVID. He was enthusiastic and asked me to go on social media to promote it. I said that’s not my responsibility and he should get his marketing people onto it. But I recall their marketing person came from a carpet background at the time. All quite unsatisfactory.
