I would be very upset buying at 13c too. These small caps are all manipulated by big investo all the time - its not just CI1. If you were a long term holder you would have seen the writing on the wall and dumped at 13c and bought back in. Only way to make gains here. Feel sorry for the ppl who have been duped. The floor here is 3c-4c and will get there in the next week or so IMO.
