The evidence does not support reasons other than manipulation. In fact a recent obvious new HC member one day down ramp campaign is a possible confirmation of this IMO.
Can you offer evidence of a creditable alternative, say an imminent complete collapse of CI1. We have already had the equivalent of a black swan event on the SP.
