The basics of sentence structure must be mastered and if you can't start a sentence with a capital letter it tells me about your intellect. Now if you want to pick on words within the sentence whilst still understanding the meaning, you would be commonly referred to as a grammar nazi and if you worked in the industry long enough you know these people never make the top dollars.

I have always hired people who know mathematics over someone who cries over how the word "being" or "been" is used because simply put it doesn't deliver value whereas having the wrong equation can be disastrous.
