What the point of building a structure that isn't financially...

What the point of building a structure that isn't financially feasible? This is like comparing it to the shale oil industry decline curves. My point is that the X isn't as incredible as you think. The fact no one else has bothered replicating it says a lot especially if there is money to be made.

I have posted my angle many times, this stock is in my backyard and has drawn my attention. I primarily deal with US stock market as the ASX is a small fish. From time to time there is some companies that draw my interest and FBR has come to my radar and I feel it's an obligation to maximise shareholder value and protecting investors from pure puffery.
