People keep bringing up this Dual listing idea like it is as easy as drawing with crayons, and that a dual listing is some way to save/accelerate the dream.
It seems merely to be used as a throw away line, but no one talks about is how such a dual listing would work.

The minimum share price for a NASDAQ listing is $3.

So can the people championing a dual listing please tell us how such an arrangement would work in practice.
That is a ASX listing of 7.5 cents, dual listed on NASDAQ at a minimum of $3 USD (or $4.5 AUD)

So, please how would a dual listing with such a difference in share price actually be implemented?
