Today is the 10th day of trading since the first build was complete.
Given that my best bet would be that if an announcement doesn't come out prior to market open today for CR reasons they may just have a rabbit in the hat they wish to appear prior. Like everyone else speculating the future of FBR it's just a guess and nothing more.
