It's not what we say that matters, it is what the market says and the market values MOY at sub $70M, just as you point out. What we think it is worth at the end of the day is irrelevant.
I think the question has been if it is such a small amount and a small dilution, why do it when history shows that the shares nearly always track down to the issue price or lower
