I find it very odd that folks here do not seem to care at all about fundamentals, logic and math.
I also find it odd that folks seem to feel they know better what is good for the company than those actively managing the company.
I feel sorry for those loosing money by selling shares in this company at a discount rate because they think the company is worth much less after a relatively small CR and relatively small stock dilution. If you did the math, you would have found that there should be little change in the share price (as long as everything else stayed the same - especially the gold price of course).
What you are telling me is that a company which was worth 80M (40c x 198.8M shares) and now has 5M more in the bank due to a CR is only worth 70M (32c x 217.7M shares). It is laughable.
