    LKE have issued 15,000,000 shares as collateral for $4.5mil of standby capital. You will note Acuity Capital Pty Ltd in the T20 (@ No. 4 - 3.18% of issued capital).

    The agreement terminates in JAN 2021.

    Floor price 0.030 (3 cents).
    15,000,000 shares.
    29 months (commencing AUG 2018)
