By reigning in their spending, fair to say they're living beyond their means with the current budget if it takes $106 to balance.
So long as they're turning a profit at all, they will keep pumping (how else will they generate income)? How much profit they want is largely irrelevant. Hard to see it moving back to $106, shale oilers will be quick to capitalize on that price range. Nor do I see it hanging around near $30 for too long (e.g. more than a few years).
